Liana Seropyan

Liana Seropyan joined GM LEGAL Law Firm in 2022. She specializes in civil, administrative law, intellectual property, and international private law, particularly in international commercial and investment law.
Education
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Yerevan State University (2019–2023) and earned her Master’s degree in the “International Courts and Arbitration” program at YSU (2023–2025). She is currently a PhD candidate and teaching assistant at the Department of European and International Law, Faculty of Law, Yerevan State University.
Liana attended the Hague Academy of International Law Summer Course on Private International Law (2025). During her studies, she participated as counsel in several international courses and moot courts, including the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Vienna), the Frankfurt International Investment Law Moot, and the Jessup International Law Moot (Washington, D.C.).
Professional Experience
Liana began her professional career at the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia and subsequently worked as a lawyer at the “Educational Programs Office” under the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports.
